Performed Liaison Engineering functions for the B-2 modifications program.  Emphasis on major aircraft modifications which included: hot deck structure, structural reinforcements, flight control upgrades, mechanical subsystems, fuel systems, integrated fuel tank sealing and low observables for reduced maintenance.  Assigned total responsibility for a single B-2 with respect to engineering liaison needs. This included working with manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, structures, quality assurance, upper management, test engineering, logistics, and vendors to identify and resolve production, modification, and flight related discrepancies.  Utilized paperless, electronic, non-conformance system which enabled CADAM drawings to be attached to non-conformance records to enhance engineering dispositions.  Possessed MRB authority for all related systems.

Performed duties of Production Corrective Action Group Chairman for the B-2 Production Program. Emphasis on production related corrective action investigation; root cause analysis; implementation and verification of corrective action plans. This included providing visibility via weekly reports to all related disciplines and monthly meetings with top level management of manufacturing, quality assurance and engineering.

Flight Line Inspector,                                                          08/93 to 01/95                

Performed post and pre-flight inspections on the B-2 Production Program.  Duties included inspection of air vehicles for air readiness prior to delivery (DD250); preflight and post flight walk downs and reviewing open MRB items prior to flight. This included working with manufacturing, engineering, supervision, test engineering and Air Force (customer) to identify and document flight related discrepancies.

Lead personnel in inspection and documentation at the Major Mate station on the B-2 production program.
